No application account to delete

RUXE is currently pre-launch. This holding website does not create user accounts, accept uploaded files or connect to third-party applications. It has no application account or stored application content for you to delete.

Request deletion

If you have contacted RUXE and would like personal information in that correspondence deleted, email privacy@ruxe.co.uk with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Tell us which email address you used and enough about the correspondence to locate it. Do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request. If proportionate verification is necessary, we will explain what is needed.

What happens next

Your request will be assessed and answered within the applicable legal time limit, normally one month. If the law permits extra time or information is needed, we will explain why.

Deletion is not an absolute right. Some information may need to be kept to meet a legal obligation or deal with legal claims. If any information is retained, the response will explain the reason. Cloudflare’s own operational records are subject to its policies and applicable responsibilities.

Pre-launch status

RUXE is a pre-launch project. An incorporation application has been submitted for the proposed operator, BEHEMOTH DIGITAL LTD. Incorporation has not yet been confirmed. The proposed company is not presented here as an existing limited company.

Confirmed operator and company details will be published when incorporation is complete.
