RUXE is a pre-launch project. An incorporation application has been submitted for the proposed operator, BEHEMOTH DIGITAL LTD. Incorporation has not yet been confirmed. The proposed company is not presented here as an existing limited company.

Confirmed operator and company details will be published when incorporation is complete.

About this website

This notice covers this holding website only. It does not cover a live RUXE application. There are no accounts, payments, sign-up forms or application integrations on this site.

The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, cookies or browser storage. Fonts are served directly with the site, without a request to an external font service.

Information used to deliver the site

Cloudflare hosts and secures the website. Delivering a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and the time of the request. Cloudflare may retain operational and security logs under its service policies. A website without tracking is not a website without any technical data processing.

If you contact RUXE

Email is optional. If you send a message, the information you choose to provide, your email address and message metadata are used to respond and handle your request. Email delivery providers also process the message. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is needed for your enquiry.

Enquiries are handled for the legitimate interests of responding to correspondence and managing the pre-launch project. Information needed to meet a legal obligation, including applicable data-rights duties, is processed on that basis. Correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to resolve the matter and meet any applicable legal requirements; the subject of the request, outstanding issues and any required records determine that period.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of its use, and portability where applicable.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
